该公司将使用部分资金,作为新廉价终站的资本开销。

该公司披露,私下配售活动的竞标定价活动已经完成,并吸引了来自本地与外国机构投资者的需求。

这每股5.60令吉的发售价,比该公司截至与包括今年3月7日的5天交易量加权平均市价(每股5.738令吉)折价约2.4%。

马银行投资银行和大马JP摩根是该私下配售活动的联合配售商。

大馬機場遠景看好


(吉隆坡9日訊)儘管領域前景仍充滿挑戰性,加上私下配售將稀釋每盈利,不過分析員仍看好大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服股)長期前景,因為該公司享有高客流及強穩的現金流。

大馬機場週四宣佈設定私下配售股的價格在每股5.60令吉,並將通過這項計劃集資6億1600萬令吉,作為第2吉隆坡國際機場的發展資金。同時,該公司也通過另一項文告宣佈,2012年1月的客流量按年升11%,超越其管理層運本設定於6%至7%的目標。

不過,馬銀行投行認為,其客流量超越預測是因為今年的農曆新年落在1月份,然而去年的農曆新年在2月份。馬銀行投行維持該股2012年的客流量將成長6.7%的預測。至於1月份的貨物運輸量則持續放緩,按年縮減8.5%,因為全球經濟放緩影響貨運市場。在2011年達到3770萬乘客量之後,吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA)目前排名在全球最繁忙的機場第27位。

該公司2012年1月的交通流量按年成長8.7%。這漲幅雖然不錯,但是仍落後區域其他同業,其中,新加坡章宜機場(Changi)、曼谷機場(Bangkok)及迪拜機場(Dubai),1月份的交通流量,分別按年增長12.1%,12.9%及14%。

馬銀行投行相信,大馬機場的交通流量今年將持續比區域業者低,主要因為馬航(MAS,3786,主板貿服股)正進行業務重組,包括削減容量。

根據該公司2011年末季的報告,該公司調整非執行員薪酬,增幅比歷史平均高出2.5倍。

納入更高的員工成本後,馬銀行投行將大馬機場2012至2013年的每股盈利(EPS)預測,分別降減3.5%與4.9%。

另外,針對大馬機場將私下配股計劃,黃氏發展唯高達投行分析員認為,大馬機場在完成這一次的私下配售之後,將無須進一步的融資,因為其現有的31億令吉伊斯蘭債券,和私下配售行動籌集的資金,將足以完全支付第2吉隆坡國際機場的建築費用。

一旦完成私下配售,大馬機場的股本將從11億股,擴大至12億1000萬股,進而將2012財政年與2013財政年的盈利稀釋9.1%。

現金流強勁

目前,黃氏發展唯高達投行維持該股「守住」投資評級,目標價格為6.70令吉。

不過,長期而言,黃氏發展唯高達投行仍看好大馬機場的前景,因為吉隆坡國際機場未來的土地發展項目,以及在2013年4月啟用的第2吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA2)將為大馬機場帶來新的收益來源。

馬銀行投資銀行分析員,也對大馬機場前景感樂觀,並指出,儘管該領域充滿挑戰,但是大馬機場仍享有高使用率,以及強勁的現金流。大馬機場是馬銀行投行的航空股項首選,分析員維持該股「買進」投資評級,目標價格為7.10令吉。

(吉隆坡14日訊)大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)1月客流按年增長11%,馬銀行金英認為這主要受惠農曆新年,未來數月將呈現客流放緩勢頭,但因其高使用率與強勁現金流,前景仍受看好。

該行說,2012年1月搭客流量按年增長11%,高於管理層預期的6至7%成長,同時高於亞太平均增長的9.2%,維持2012年客流增長6.7%預測。

1月客流增長剛好碰上農曆新年(去年落在2月),並非同期比較;貨運仍然保持疲弱,按年萎縮8.5%,優於全球貨運放緩達12.6%趨勢,也大約於全球平均放緩7.5%趨勢一致。

國內客流增長13.9%令人鼓舞,國際客流增長則為8%,主要是搭客佳節回鄉,或趁佳節長假旅遊。

分析員認為,馬航(MAS,3786,主板貿服組)削減客流差的航班帶來衝擊,作為大馬機場的首要客戶,其商業結構重組將對客流動力和客流組合構成構成構成衝擊。

今年1月數據顯示,全球航空業在負成長區域,平均萎縮1.8%,貨運的萎縮更彰顯客流放緩是遲早之事,短則一年,遲至一年半。

“我們有這層擔憂,因為未來將有更多新機投入運作,更多新機投入營運爭奪客流,將負面衝擊航空業的回酬。

與區域同儕相比,吉隆坡國際機場客流增長放緩,去年總載客3千770萬人次,為全球第27繁忙機場。

今年1月客流增長8.7%,相比新加坡樟宜12.1%、曼谷機場12.9%、迪拜14%;預測這股趨勢持續至其餘數月,主要受馬航削減某些國際航班拖累。

“儘管航空領域未來挑戰重重,但仍對大馬機場前景看好,主要是其使用率高,加上有強勁現金流。”

大馬機場是馬銀行金英首選航空股,維持“買進”評級,目標價7令吉10仙不變。(星洲日報/財經)

機場控股董事經理 峇西爾暗示將退休

 (雪邦29日訊)大馬機場控股(AIRPORT,5014,主要板貿易)董事經理丹斯里峇西爾暗示將退休,預計其聘約將在今年6月屆滿后不再留任。

 他今日在年度股東大會后表示:“我想要休息。我已向董事局表明,現有合約將在6月結束,也表明董事局應該開始著手接班計劃。”

 他指出,身在航空領域40年,以及在機場控股服務9年后,眼前應該休息一下。

 他透露,想要做“其他東西”。

 峇西爾說,他的接班人交由政府決定。

 儘管如此,機場控股主席丹斯里阿里斯奧斯曼要求峇西爾,續任直至第2吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA 2)竣工。

 上述新機場預計在明年4月竣工並投入營運。

 現年62歲的峇西爾是在2003年6月加入董事局,聘約在2010年續約2年至今年。

 他在2001年擔任交通部航空顧問,並曾在馬航(MAS,3786,主要板貿易)擔任多項高職。

MAHB expects 36pc savings from Earth Hour

Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB)expects to mark a 36 per cent increase from last year’s power-saving by participating in the Earth Hour tomorrow.

The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will be conserving 252kW while the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) will see a 71KW saving by switching off some areas at the airport and the terminal building for an hour.

Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd General Manager Mohammad Suhaimi Abdul Mubin said the participation would not have any effect on the airport's operations and business would go on as usual.

The airport operator will be joining other organisations around the world by powering off 30 per cent of the terminal ceiling lights at KLIA's main terminal building, contact pier, satellite building and LCCT from 8.30pm.

"Apart from supporting the Earth Day, this is part of our continuous commitment in preserving the environment and conserving energy usage at the airport," he said in a statement.

Mohammad Suhaimi said Malaysia Airports had always been a supporter of the Earth Hour and this exercise has been an annual activity at KLIA.

"Energy saving at KLIA is demonstrated via our initiative on Energy Saving Projects (ESPs) by installing Energy Saving Device, which has significantly reduced electricity consumption at our airports," he said.

He said the ESPs were an example of Malaysia Airports’ commitment in creating awareness among its employees and airport users to minimise energy usage and optimise use of infrastructure facilities.

"Through ESPs, we target to save up to 20 per cent of energy consumption and this initiative is being initially deployed at KLIA to be followed by other airports in stages,” he added. -- Bernama

促董事部部署接班 大马机场董经暗示离职

(雪邦30日讯)大马机场(Airport,5014,主板贸服股)董事经理丹斯里巴希尔阿末暗示,董事经理一职可能会有变动,并促董事部部署接班人计划。

询及合约结束后的去向时,巴希尔表示:“我已促董事部部署接班人计划。我在航空领域服务长达40年,我想,如今是一个好时机去尝试一些新挑战。”

巴希尔在2003年6月7日被委任为大马机场的董事经理,其合约将于今年6月到期,如今去向未明。

主席挽留

针对巴希尔暗示董事经理一职可能有变动之举,大马机场主席丹斯里阿立斯奥曼立即作出回应,称董事部希望巴希尔留下,并亲身见证新廉航终站(KLIA2)完工。

目前,新廉航终站的工程进度完成45%,预计将在明年竣工。

虽然阿立斯已开口挽留巴希尔,不过,续约与否仍取决于大马机场的大股东——国库控股(Khazanah)和政府的最终决定。
目前,国库控股持有大马机场54%的股权。

另一方面,巴希尔指出,大马机场有望可吸引更多航空公司使用吉隆坡国际机场。

“为了吸引更多航空公司,大马机场将继续运用我们截至目前仍算成功的策略。”

大马机场冀董事经理暂留守

(吉隆坡23日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服股)主席丹斯里阿里斯奥曼希望,將在6月约满的现任董事经理丹斯里峇西尔可继续留守公司,至少到第2吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA2)建竣为止。

阿里斯奥曼(Aris Othman)在出席一项奖品颁发活动时表示,如果公司换领导人或管理团队,內部运作將很难维持连贯性。

上个月,在航空界服务40年的峇西尔暗示,如果跟大马机场合约届满,將选择卸任退休。

现年62岁的峇西尔在2003年入主大马机场董事局,曾在2010年续约两年至今,在大马机场服务了9个年头。

无论如何,阿里斯强调,峇西尔的去向尚待政府的最终定案。

同时,阿里斯指出,第2吉隆坡国际机场工程目前逾半完成,预计翌年4月可开始投入营业。

谈到亚洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服股)扬言抵制该机场的声明,阿里斯表示,该公司是机场基建服务供应商,而是否使用机场的决定,则由航空公司自己取决。

但阿里斯补充,除亚航以外,这座新的廉价机场--KLIA2,还能为其他廉价航空公司提供服务。「目前的廉价机场地段是临时性的,因为那是航空货运区域。」他表示,廉价机场因为拥挤,航空公司迟早无法在那营运,加上航空货运的营运需要扩展,因此航空业者需要迁离。

MAHB 1Q profit up 7% year-on-year

KUALA LUMPUR (April 26) : Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd’s (MAHB) first quarter net profit rose 7% from a year earlier as revenue growth mitigated the impact of higher operating expenses.

In a statement to the exchange on Thursday, MAHB said net profit came to RM102.73 million in the quarter ended March 31, 2012 against RM96.09 million previously. Revenue grew 6% to RM657.71 million from RM617.77 million.

Revenue growth was, mainly, helped by airport operations income which includes revenue from airport CONSTRUCTION [], aviation-service charges, and retail operations, according to MAHB. The company said passenger movements across its facilities during the quarter rose 6.5% from a year earlier.

“The group’s overall passenger traffic growth of 6.5% achieved in the first quarter 2012 was in tandem with the positive growth trend of the Asia Pacific region and globally.

“There is some concern on route cuts announced by our domestic airlines but the gap seemed to have been continuously replaced by foreign carriers,” MAHB said. Based on historical trends and the performance in the first quarter, the firm said it expects to achieve its targeted passenger- traffic growth of 6% to 7% for 2012.

(吉隆坡26日讯)大马机场(Airport,5014,主板贸服股)在截至2012年3月31日止首季,净赚1亿272万9000令吉,比上财年同期的9609万令吉按年上扬6.91%。

现财年首季营业额也上涨了6.46%至6亿5770万5000令吉,上财年同期则报6亿1777万令吉。

同时,该公司在现财年首季的每股盈利,也按年增加5.49%,至9.22仙,上财年同期为8.74仙。

大马机场在文告中指出,现财年首季净利增长,归功于营业额增长以及降低了所需分担的联号公司亏损。

该公司指出,GMR Male国际机场取得更高的盈利,以及伊斯坦堡Sabiha Gokcen国际机场亏损收窄,是降低该公司所需分担的联号公司亏损的关键因素。

零售业务增长16%

对于营业额增长,大马机场表示,这主要是航空收入增加所致。

MAS routes cut affects airport usage: MAHB

The decision by Malaysia Airlines (MAS) to cut some of its long-haul routes has impacted the number of passenger using
local airports, Malaysia Airport Holdings Bhd (MAHB) said.

Its chief financial officer Faizal Mansor said without the cut, the number of passengers using local airports, could have reached double-digit growth in the first quarter ended March 31, 2012.

"The appetite for travel is still there but without the desired flights, passengers will use alternative airports in the region," he told reporters after announcing MAHB's first quarter financial results in Sepang today.

He said in the quarter, the number of passenger using local airports grew by 6.5 per cent to 16 million people from the 15.1 million recorded in the same period last year.


"The higher number of passengers was contributed by an increase in airline operators using local airports as well as the usage of bigger aircraft by them," he added.

Last year, MAS had announced route cuts to at least ten international destinations, as part of efforts to rationalise its network and return to profitability.

Among the destinations dropped by the national airline from Kuala Lumpur, were Rome, Dubai, Bandung, Cape Town, Buenos Aires and Johannesburg.

Meanwhile, on MAHB's financial results, Faizal said the company recorded a pre-tax profit of RM147 million in the first quarter, an increase of 10 per cent from the RM133.6 million in the same period last year.

Revenue rose to RM657.8 million from RM617.8 million previously and attributed to the higher number of passengers using MAHB's 39 airports in Malaysia.

Faizal said revenue generated from the airport operations segment improved by 13.1 per cent to RM478.2 million, while aeronautical revenue improved by 18.1 per cent to RM241.659 million on the back of stronger passenger numbers and implementation of new rates.

Effective Nov 15 last year, the government, has allowed MAHB to
implement new passenger services charges and aircraft landing and parking charges.

Asked about the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), he said MAHB will continue with its plan to use it as a cargo hub, upon completion of the KLIA 2. -- BERNAMA

马航 亚航减航线冲击 大马机场乘客仅增6.9%

(雪邦26日讯)受马航(MAS,3786,主板贸服股)与亚洲航空(AirAsia,5099,主板贸服股)削减航线的影响,大马机场(Airport,5014,主板贸服股)的首季乘客流量仅录得6.9%的增长。

大马机场总财务长费沙曼索在业绩汇报会上指出,削减航线之举肯定会对机场构成影响,若马航与亚航不削减航线,大马机场的乘客流量料可取得双位数增长。

他认为,削减航线或会为新加坡或泰国机场带来益处,乘客将转往其他机场上机。

减航线新泰受益

“乘客不会因为航空公司削减航线而选择不去该国家。因此,我认为,这将为邻国的机场带来更多益处,他们会选择在其他机场上机,继而影响乘客流量。”

根据马航与亚航之前达成的合作协议,马航宣布取消4个直飞亚庇的国际航线。费沙曼索指出,大马机场首季乘客流量也受影响。

“过去两年亚庇的乘客流量每年可取得5%至10%的增长。不过,首季飞往亚庇的乘客流量微挫1%至2%。针对此情况,我们正密切留意上述情况。”

新廉站零售店出租率80%

费沙曼索表示,新廉航终站的兴建工程进展顺利,预计在2013年4月完工,新廉航终站的零售店铺预计在开幕的时候就有约80%的出租率。

他随后指出,大马机场计划在新廉航终站设立一间工厂直销购物中心(factory outlet mall),预计数月内获悉结果。

与此同时,他也预计,今年料将有3至4个新航空公司入驻吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)。

联号公司少亏 首季净赚1.2亿

大马机场在截至2012年3月31日止首季,净赚1亿272万9000令吉,比上财年同期的9609万令吉按年上扬6.91%。

HwangDBS sees challenging H2 for MAHB

Despite a strong first quarter, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) can expect a challenging second half this year, says HwangDBS Vickers Research.

"We are keeping our forecast for financial year 2012 as we expect MAHB to post weaker earnings in the second half.

"This is premised on higher staff cost as MAHB will add 500 to 800 personnel for the Kuala Lumpur International Airport Two (KLIA2), with training slated to start between the third and fourth quarters of the year," HwangDBS said in a report.

Meanwhile, OSK Research expects MAHB staff cost to increase further and take its toll on overall margins.

"Staff cost will show an increase of four to six per cent to reflect annual increments, though we anticipate it to be much higher in the 2013 financial year due to the enlarged workforce once the KLIA2 comes on-stream by April next year," it said a report.

OSK also said MAHB management continued to eye opportunities for airport acquisitions but it was still unknown at this juncture whether its current Managing Director, Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad Abdul Majid, who is due to retire in June, would stay on until the completion of KLIA2.

But, MIDF Research foresees that KLIA2 would not have any impact on MAHB's this year and next year.

"The accelerating traffic growth in the Low Cost Carrier Terminal means increasing urgency for KLIA2 and the integrated complex will significantly fuel MAHB's retail and rental collections.

"While KLIA2 will not have any impact in financial year 2012 and 2013, we believe that it will be the catalyst for MAHB's future growth," the research house said in a statement. -- BERNAMA

KLIA2营运成本高‧大马机场2013年財测受压

(吉隆坡30日讯)大马机场(AIRPORT,5014,主板贸服组)首季净利增长6.90%至1亿零272万9千令吉,符合市场预期,分析员仍对该公司的基本面感到正面,不过隨新廉航终站(KLIA2)將在明年建竣,雇员成本会隨之飆升,並导致2013財政年財测受压。

联昌研究预期营运开销將持续走高,而且KLIA2的落成將导致该公司承受更高的维修开销,进而侵蚀盈利水平。

受到KLIA2投入营运后而导致折旧及营运成本高企问题,兴业研究估计大马机场2013財政年净利將下滑,而MIDF研究更將今年的財测下调7.3%。

今年財测调升1%

肯纳格研究也將2013財政年財测调低1%,至於2012財政年则因客流量成长料走高至5.5%,而获调升1%。

从正面角度来看,虽然全球经济前景疲弱,不过份析员相信区域机场营运將保持强韧,因仍处於成长阶段,且一旦KLIA2將在明年投入营运,將可推高非航空收益。

鉴於马航(MAS,3786,主板贸服组)削减12%產能,大马机场首季乘客流量仅扬6.7%。

不过,大马机场管理层预期接下来可成长7%至8%,惟低於2011年的10.7%。

MIDF研究则相信在LCCT乘客流量不断高涨激励下,今年的客流量可突破2千万人,比较去年为1千500万人。

侨丰研究预期亚洲航空(AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服组)產能增加12%,可抵销马航產能挫跌困境,加上其他航空的承载率也高企。

雇员成本攀升

雇员成本如预期般持续攀升,並侵蚀整体赚幅,从去年的43%下滑至40%。大马机场管理层指出,接下来雇员成本將增加4%至6%,主要反映常年加薪,而且在KLIA2於明年4月建竣后,雇员成本会更高。

目前,KLIA2的建筑工程已完成了50%。管理层强调,不担心工程会面对成本超支问题。

业务扩展方面,管理层將持续寻求机场收购计划,且正竞標中东的多项机场计划,惟会以中小型规模为目標,避免令资產负债表受压。竞標结果料在年杪出炉。

针对即將在今年6月退休的董事经理丹斯里峇西尔会否待KLIA2完工后才离开,侨丰並不感到担忧,因对其管理层深具信心。

MAHB: Tariff hikes fly to the rescue

Maintain neutral with target price RM6.05: We maintain our earnings forecasts, discounted cash flow-derived target price and “neutral” rating. Slower passenger traffic growth and higher operational expenses will dent earnings. When KLIA2 opens, we expect costs to increase further. We prefer AirAsia Bhd for exposure to the aviation sector.

Passenger growth for 1Q12 of 6.5% was below our forecast of 6.9% and management’s internal target of 6.6%.

Despite that, aero revenue surged because of the Nov 15 tariff hikes. This resulted in y-o-y increases of 31.5% for passenger service charges (PSC) and 18.9% for landing and parking revenue. If not for the higher tariffs, aeronautical revenue growth would have been very small.

Domestic passengers for KLIA’s main terminal building (MTB) declined by 4.2%, most likely because Firefly’s jet operations ceased at end-2011.

Firefly started its jet operations with flights from KLIA’s MTB for mainly Sabah and Sarawak routes at the start of 2011. In September, it decided to halt its unprofitable jet operations and stop taking bookings. Flights came to an end in December 2011.

While Firefly’s withdrawal did have a material negative impact on traffic statistics, the impact on MAHB’s aeronautical revenue would have been fairly small. This is because domestic departures from KLIA MTB are charged RM9 per person compared with RM65 for international departures.

Revenue from passenger service charges (PSC) increased 31.5% y-o-y, mainly as a result of the rate hikes implemented on Nov 15, 2011 and also increased passenger traffic.

Any ticket booked after this date would be charged the higher tariff. As a result of the airlines’ forward bookings, we expect the full impact of the rate hikes to be felt in the coming quarters.

Rental revenue is expected to show minimal growth until next year when KLIA2 starts operating.

In 1Q, rental revenue eased 0.6% y-o-y due to space constraints and lower rental yields from non-KLIA terminals and the office and lounge space.
Despite the slower growth of passenger numbers, retail sales continued to do well, rising 15.8%. Overall, commercial revenue advanced 8.4%.

MAHB reported higher operating expenses, mainly because of the adjustment to non-executive staff salaries in 4Q11. It incurred an additional RM22 million or an average of RM5.5 million for each quarter of 2011 but this was booked entirely in 4Q.

This will result in higher base salaries. 1Q12 staff costs increased by 22% y-o-y. Other operating costs such as maintenance and utilities also rose as a result of higher utilisation of the airports by more passengers.

We expect operational expenses to continue increasing, especially when KLIA2 begins operations.

In addition to the salary adjustment for non-executive staff, MAHB will be hiring more staff before the opening of KLIA2 next year to ensure proper training.

This extra headcount will take effect from the middle of this year. In addition, KLIA2 is likely to incur higher maintenance and utilities due to the larger space. This could put a dent in MAHB’s earnings. — CIMB IB Research, April 27

Airport Q1 passenger traffic up 6.5%, says MAHB

PETALING JAYA: Passenger traffic at Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) operated airports recorded a total volume of 16 million movements for the first quarter of 2012, which was a 6.5% growth from a year earlier.

The airport operating company told Bursa Malaysia that international and domestic passenger movements registered a growth of 6.4% and 6.5% respectively.

MAHB noted that among others, Garuda Indonesia, Cathay Pacific, Lion Airlines, China Eastern, China Southern, Kalstar Airlines, Finair Sky Aviation and Bangkok Airways operated new flights, charters or additional frequencies in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, aircraft movements grew year-on-year by 3.2%, with international and domestic movements registering a growth of 3.9% and 2.8% respectively.

However, cargo movements registered a decline of 1.4% for the first quarter.

MAHB stated that although passenger growth was in line with projected levels, the airports would have achieved higher growth if not for the capacity cuts by domestic carriers on several routes.

“Foreign airlines have absorbed some of this capacity. We expect the current growth momentum to be at least sustained for the rest of 2012,” it said.

KLIA2进展顺利 租用率热烈 券商唱好大马机场前景[/b

(吉隆坡4日讯)尽管面对工程超支疑虑,不过,大马机场(Airport,5014,主板贸服股)新廉航终站(KLIA2)工程进展顺利,加上乘客量前景被看好和零售空间出租反应热烈,博得分析员维持乐观看法。

在被邀请参观新廉航终站工地和出席大马机场汇报会之后,拉昔胡申研究分析员总结了3个重点:

(1)截至5月17日,KLIA2已完成51.8%工程。因此,正如期走向明年1月全面完工进度,及2013年4月投入运作的目标。

分析员指出,虽然工程已领先89天之多,但大马机场应该不会提前营运,而将多出来的时间用于测试所有设备,以保证从廉价终站(LCCT)转移至KLIA2的过程顺利。

(2)大马机场预期KLIA2在5年内可达3000万乘客量。

分析员了解到,亚洲航空(AirAsia,5099,主板贸服股)将在未来5年接收80架A320空中巴士,以及虎航最近也同意在KLIA2营运。

(3)KLIA2零售空间的出租反应热烈。

分析员得知,大马机场已收到700份竞租申请KLIA2的225间店铺,包括来自零售、饮食和服务的公司。
鉴于反应比预期热烈,大马机场表示KLIA2每平方米的租金,将介于600至800令吉,相较于LCCT每平方米平均500令吉的租金。

维持盈利预测

自从大马机场宣布工程成本从25亿令吉飙升至39亿令吉后,分析员就开始担忧KLIA2项目的可行性。

“但在视察过工程的初期进展后,我们认为近期内将不会有更多阻碍出现。所以,我们对KLIA2的长期展望维持乐观看待,主要来自强劲乘客量和出租收入上扬所支撑。”

分析员也维持大马机场的盈利预测,包括预测2013财年净利按年有所下滑,因为面临高涨折旧成本和KLIA2开幕时期高营运成本。

无论如何,他们维持大马机场“超越大市”评级,并以综合估值法计算出6.79令吉的目标价。
