老实说,YTL CMT公司并没有足够吸引投资者的相关措施,例如稳定且优厚的股息政策,股票回购以便稳定股价,提高透明度和举办投资讲座等等的措施,以至于公司的股价长期徘徊至低迷水平。加上我国的投资者心态问题,以及过高的储蓄率导致过高的资金集中度,都是我国的上市公司无法良好反应其价值。若公司下市在新加坡或香港重新上市,我并不反对且希望管理层会再次给予忠实投资者一个机会购买重新上市后的股票。

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 YTL shares on cum basis on 25 April 2011, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 28 April 2011. As a result of the share split, 500 YTL shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 28 April 2011 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the share split shares of 500 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 26 April 2011 onwards."

首半年业绩达90亿 杨忠礼机构增长理想

(新加坡24日讯)尽管全球处在充满挑战的经济环境,杨忠礼机构(YTLCorp,4677,主板建筑股)仍可达致理想的增长。

杨忠礼新加坡私人有限公司执行董事杨佩君在接受马新社的采访时表示,“我们才公布了今年的业绩,我们将继续展现好成绩。”

杨忠礼机构最近公布了截至6月30日的2011财年首6个月的业绩,其营业额增长了13.3%,达89亿500万令吉。相比之下,该公司在上财年同期取得78亿5700万令吉的营业额。

杨忠礼机构的公用业务,包括了在马来西亚、新加坡、印尼和澳洲的发电业、英国的水务以及排污业务、新加坡的多元公用业务以及大马的通讯业务。

杨佩君继称,该公司也致力确保旗下的业务都能符合环保原则,公司甚至每年都必须呈交相关的报告。

询及杨忠礼机构的新工程计划时,杨忠礼新加坡国际产业主管陈恩美(译音)就指出,该公司计划在马来西亚发展。

“我们去年在日本北海道买下460公顷的新雪谷町村(Niseko Village)。”

一家市值140亿的公司手上握有120亿现金,是否这公司被低估了?希望 有前辈分享。谢谢。

老实说,YTL集团的公司,我一间也看不上!

很高的债务!极低的资本回报率!----意思就是,你把钱交给他,他并没有办法创造比较好的回酬!...也就是公司的资本运作能力不强!...

它唯一吸引人之处是够老牌!...

10多年前,YTL比IOI的老板李深静有钱得多多声...公司也比IOI大得多...可是今天YTL输给IOI很多!...

这让我想起李嘉诚和蔡万霖.

19年前,台湾首富蔡万霖的资产是香港首富李嘉诚的5倍,可现在李嘉诚的财富是蔡万霖的3.3倍.

问题就出在蔡万霖的资本运作能力远输给李嘉诚.

从这个角度上看,YTL被市场冷落是合情合理的!谁愿意把钱交给一个不怎么会运作资本的人的手上?!

这股还好啦。我计算过,五年前你买,放着不卖。资本回酬加股息(已扣除所得税)有 80++%。这还没包括她让你以优惠的价格购买 YTLPWR (以一元购买当时大约是两元的 YTLPWR)

股票拆細楊忠禮大熱走高

(吉隆坡26日訊)楊忠禮機構(YTL,4677,主板建築股)在股票拆細後首日交易大熱走高。該股今日閉市報1.68令吉,全日上漲9仙或1.126%,排在上升榜第11位。

在利好消息扶持下,該股全日交投活躍,共有2929萬4900股易手,大幅超越過去數日的成交記錄,同時晉身十大熱門榜第7位。同時,該股也是引領馬股上漲的幕後推手,為馬股貢獻1.22點。

該股週二早盤以1.63令吉開跑,高於其1.59令吉的參閱價。隨後一鼓作氣飆升至1.75令吉全日最高點,刷新全年盤中新高紀錄。然而,該股後勁乏力,逐步收窄漲幅至1.62令吉。

午休後,該股重拾活力,最終以1.68令吉結束全日交易,創下自2007年中以來近4年閉市新高紀錄。

楊忠禮機構早在2月建議進行股票拆細,將每股面值50仙的普通股,分拆成5個普通股(每股面值10仙),並修改公司章程。

YTL-SV Carbon is a subsidiary of YTL Corp Bhd                                     acquired in 2008. YTL Corporation Bhd acquired a 75% stake in the Malaysian-based Clean                                    Development Mechanism (CDM) developer, SV Carbon, now known as                                         YTL-SV Carbon Sdn. Bhd.                                         YTL-SV Carbon is currently the largest CDM consultancy in Malaysia and the fifth largest                                    in ASEAN with projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and China.
                    
                    YTL-SV Carbon provides end-to-end solutions for projects under CDM, handling all aspects of the process including                                    identification of potential projects, development of the full scope of CDM documentation such as                                         the Project Design Document (PDD), CDM registration and the approval and sale of carbon credits                                        regionally and globally.
                    
                    Projects undertaken by YTL SV-Carbon include those in the areas of biomass, biogas and clean                                         energy from agricultural, municipal and industrial, solid and liquid waste, cement and steel.                                         YTL-SV Carbon also works with plantation companies to develop clean energy from biomass waste                                        and effluent plants.

YTL upbeat on company growth prospects

SINGAPORE: YTL Corp Bhd sees good growth for the company despite the challenging global economic environment.

“We have just announced profits this year,” said YTL Singapore Pte Ltd executive director, Ruth Yeoh Pei Cheen.

“It will continue to perform good business,” she told Bernama in an interview here recently.

YTL Corp Bhd recently announced a 13.3 per cent growth in revenue to RM8.905 billion for the six months ended Dec 31, 2010 compared with RM7.857 billion in the previous corresponding period ended Dec 31, 2009.

The group’s utilities comprise power generation and transmission in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia, water and sewerage services in the United Kingdom, merchant multi-utility businesses in Singapore and communications in Malaysia.

Yeoh said the company also took to ensuring that all its businesses strived to preserve the environment. The companies have to send the sustainability report every year, she added.

When asked on new projects, the director of international real estate of YTL Singapore, Kemmy Tan said the group was looking to develop its projects in Malaysia.

“We also bought the 460-hectare Niseko Village in Hokaido last year.” YTL Group managing director Tan Sri Dr Francis Yeoh Sock Ping had announced YTL’s master plan to re-energise the development of Niseko Village in Hokaido.

Targeting affluent individuals, Niseko Village will be transformed into an all-season mountain resort offering exclusive hotels, luxury homes, ski-in ski-out estates and exclusive shopping and dining, all with spectacular views of Mount Yotei (Ezo Fuji, the Mount Fuji of northern Japan).

Tan said the project is being managed by Singapore office.

In time to come, Tan said two projects in Singapore namely Sentosa Cove and the land in Orchard Boulevard will be streamlined into YTL Land.

The Japanese assets were acquired for about US$66 million while the Singapore project cost S$575 million, she disclosed.

The project in Singapore is in the planning stage and the launch could be probably next year. — Bernama

报道说未来日本地震余震会很频密

震源移动到东京了,不知道会移动到北海道吗?

1991年12月,1张YTL的价钱只是2.30令吉,如果当时我们有幸用80500令吉买下35张,收存到2000年12月,那 35张的YTL单单靠发红股已经变成了204张。(35,000股 X 2.30令吉 = 80,500令吉)

2000年12月31日,YTL的价钱是4.94令吉,那204张的价值已经是108万令吉了,这还不包括9年来我们所获得的股息。(204,000股 X 4.94令吉 = 1,007,760令吉)

1991年12月,YTL的总成交量只有3721粒,不是一个很热门的股票。大多数的投资者都喜欢热门股,所以当初会买进YTL的人是少之又少。

1) 1991年买进的数量和2000年所持有的如有不同是因为加了红股。
2) 9年期间,这15只热门股当中只有MAYBANK,TANJONG,MMC和S DARBY有送红股。
3) 附加股一概不理,就当作无钱认购。
4) SRI HART和PROMET已经停牌,不列价钱。

1) 投资在YTL的80500令吉,在九年内变成了1百万。YTL不是热门股。
2) 过了九年,投资在15大热门股中,有5只可以赚钱,另外10只要亏钱。

有趣的问题:

1) 那么赚钱的股票和亏钱的股票有什么分别呢?
2) 如果当时我们只选高ROE的股票买是不是可以赚钱?

这问题很重要,因为我一直强调买股一定要选高ROE才可以赚钱,所以我需要再次的深入研究,看看是不是真的如此。

YTL现时的 PE如何算法?
我上网看他的财年报 EPS是 47.18,这是在分拆之前
分拆后我是否也因该把EPS/5? 然后再除 1.55(最后交易价)?
