26/3 前买就能得到dividend??

我笨死了。。之前跌到1.8x..快快卖掉其中的1500 shares(rm1.99)。。

MAS-PA还在坚持0.80.

如果,
如果两年后公司不想出钱赎回这些股,[省415,127,155 X RM 1.0=415M; or, 415M X (1-69.77%KHAZANAH-11.59%EPF-)~=80M]
那么到时母股应至少顶上RM3.09, 使MAS-PA持有者去转换。

请问Heamq大大,这么想有道理吗?

Asian airlines benefitting from geography

Asian airlines, insolated from the brunt of the volcanic ash cloud that ground European air traffic to a halt earlier this year, are emerging as the first to feel the effects of the thawing air travel market.

Despite falling short of analysts’ estimates on earnings on Tuesday, Singapore Airlines is still a Buy, says Kuala Lumpur-based AmResearch.


Singapore Airlines’ first quarter is seasonally the weakest of the year – ahead of a typical rebound in the following three months. Nonetheless, the company registered commendable results turning in just a 15% quarter-over-quarter contraction in earnings, according to AmResearch.

While passenger traffic contracted 3% in the quarter, cargo volume surged 7% and yields on passengers and cargo volume were up 5% and 10%, respectively.

OSK Investment Bank also reaffirmed its Buy rating on Singapore Airlines saying despite missing consensus, “we consider the result in line, noting that yield recovery is on track in view of encouraging forward bookings.”

Malaysia Airlines similarly saw a net profit of about US$100-million for the first quarter ending March 31, marking a swing of more than US$323-million compared to the same period a year before helped by economic recovery in the region. Its traffic increased 29% and its cargo transport business saw volume jump 31%.

These airlines have more to thank than just distance from Iceland’s volcano for their success though. Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines and their kin fly out of the logistical hub of the globe’s fastest growing economies less than four hours from airports in China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.

It is this geographic position that has made airlines in Southeast Asia, such as Singapore Airlines, some of the world’s most consistently profitable.

Malaysia Airlines flies back to profit

KUALA LUMPUR - National carrier Malaysia Airlines said on Thursday it had soared back into the black in the third quarter as it posted record passenger figures and as its cargo business improved.


The airline said it made a profit of RM233 million (US$74.38 million) in the three months to the end of September, compared with a net loss of RM300 million last year as the sector was hit by the global downturn.

The carrier made a net profit of RM9.0 million for the first three quarters compared to a RM120 million loss for the same period last year.

That rise came despite a RM535 million loss in the April-June quarter.

'We are delighted to be returning to profitability this quarter with both passenger and cargo segments performing well,' chief executive officer Azmil Zahruddin said.

'Amidst a tough operating environment, we have managed to increase passenger load factors and yield,' he added.

'This is due to aggressive domestic and global sales campaigns, competitive pricing coupled with the economic recovery in Asia Pacific.'

Mr Azmil said the airline recorded its highest seat factor in 15 years at 78.6 per cent in the quarter with 3.3 million passengers compared to 76.7 per cent for the same period a year ago.

Mr Azmil said the airline's cargo arm, MASkargo, saw a 34.0 per cent increase in revenues with figures from the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA) showing load factors outperforming other airlines in the region by 4.0 per cent.

The seat load factor refers to the percentage of seats sold on a particular flight while the cargo load factor identifies the amount of cargo space sold on a plane.

'Moving forward to 2011, we are positioning ourselves for profitable growth by taking delivery of new aircraft, identifying new growth areas and maximising revenues through aggressive sales and marketing,' he added.

He said the carrier had earlier this month taken delivery of two new B737-800 aircraft and will have one more plane by end 2010. The airline has ordered up to 55 B737-800s.

Mr Azmil has said the airline will also take delivery of its first of six A380 superjumbos in April 2012. Delivery of the Airbus planes had been due in January 2007 but have already been delayed twice.

Malaysia Airlines announced last December that it would buy up to 25 Airbus 330-300 wide-body aircraft worth US$5 billion. The aircraft are slated for delivery from 2011 to 2016. -- AFP

(吉隆坡9日訊)馬航(MAS,3786,主板貿服組)的可贖回累積優先股(RCPS)自2月份以來便面對嚴重賣壓,因市場擔心該公司可能不會全面贖回,然而益資利研究認為此優先股比普通股更值得一博,因此建議短線買進。

針對這批優先股會否被悉數贖回,益資利分析員向馬航提出詢問,惟管理層也無法置評,只表示會在本月杪作出正式宣佈,其中將包含許多層面,包括此優先股課題。

面對重大虧損的馬航預料在月底公佈其重大重組計劃,包括可能涉及發股集資活動,到時或將厘清該批優先股能否全面贖回的不明朗因素。

益資利指出,由於馬航普通股報1令吉32仙,股價高於每股淨有形資產(32仙),而優先股(89仙)低於贖回價值(1令吉),但優先股可比普通股優先收到付款。

根據馬航2011財政年的業績報告,其股票溢價共50億令吉,但是可分派儲備為74億令吉赤字,因公司面對累積虧損。馬航有充足的股票溢價以提供給該優先股所需的90仙溢價,總共3億7千400萬令吉。

如果這批優先股於今年11月杪以1令吉全面贖回,以目前價格89仙相比的潛在的資本收益為12%,或是8個月期間的全年化回酬共18%。

截至去年4月22日,國庫控股和公積金局分別持有69.8%和11.6%優先股。

投資者若持有馬航這批優先股,將能以每股3令吉9仙轉換價以轉換為新股,若未進行轉換,在今年10月30日屆滿後的30日內,馬航將以1令吉(10仙面值加90仙溢價)贖回。

馬航未保證有充足的可派發盈利或股票溢價儲備以贖回這批優先股。

這批優先股共有4億1千500萬股,自由流通量為15%,52週價位介於86仙至95仙,目標價為1令吉,8個月的上升潛能和回酬為12.4%。

不然已经0.97了。
之前掉到0.87.
现在0.91.
如果一切不变,还有10%赚。

但是重組計劃很多事情会发生。
分分钟一半现金,一半股票。
10%回筹不好赚的

我已经卖完出去了,因为那时候价钱起了很多。
根据我所了解的,选择权是持有人而不是公司。
